itc Audiovisual System Supported the New XPeng Headquarters

XPeng's new headquarters, located in Tianhe Smart City, Guangzhou, is a contemporary technology park that blends AI intelligence, green low-carbon design, and architectural aesthetics. Covering 68,000 m² with a total floor area of about 360,000 m² and capacity for 13,000 staff, the complex houses offices, R&D, reception, and exhibition spaces to support the comprehensive development needs of the enterprise.

Immersive Event Experience

The launch event for XPeng's X9 Kunpeng Super Range Extension Technology was successfully held in the immersive experience hall. This tech showcase not only demonstrated breakthrough engineering but also redefined the high-end meeting experience through a deep integration of AV and intelligence.

To build this stage, itc supplied and deployed a suite of systems, including professional sound system, stage lighting, audiovisual and lighting control, stage machinery, central control, recording and broadcasting, etc. These systems work in synergy to provide robust support for the launch, guaranteeing that acoustic and lighting conditions meet design standards. Visual precision was improved, and the sound field uniformity reached 98%.

The stage features a curved main screen that creates a unique sense of visual extension and spatial embrace, enabling multidimensional information delivery so every seat enjoys an optimal viewing angle. itc's central control acts as the operation assistant, allowing full management of audiovisual, lighting, and environmental systems through a simple interface. Users can preset device states for conference, screening, or intermission modes and switch scenes with one click.

To craft illumination that matches the thematic atmosphere, the venue uses itc panel lights, LED flood lights, and moving head lights. itc panel lights offer beam shaping, gobo projection, color mixing, and beam cutting, with high CRI, superb color saturation, and fidelity that accurately presents details. The floodlights provide multi-angle, layered illumination to create visual focal points. The moving head wash lights deliver even coloring and broad coverage. Combined with itc's lighting tracking system, speakers are captured precisely and in real time. Where vertical motion is required, the stage machinery provides lifting, translation, telescoping, tilting, and rotation to deliver flawless stage effects.

The hall integrates itc full-range linear array speakers, woofers, and conference sound system to provide full-coverage sound and a rich sound field. This design eliminates audible differences between front and rear rows caused by distance or angle, ensuring core messages are conveyed clearly. itc audiovisual and lighting control platform is linked to support AI-driven music emotion analysis, automatic adjustment of lighting and audio, and seamless switching between music, video, and lighting modes, effectively enhancing the expressiveness and immersion of the performance.
